Updating your credentials in backups

Every now and then the password that you use in SuiteBackups may expire and require updating. When it's updated in Office 365 you'll need to also update it in SuiteBackups. If you don't the backup will stop working.

Here's what to do:

  • Go to www.suitebackups.com and log in using your Office 365 credentials
  • Click on the Settings icon for your site and then the Update Credentials option

  • Enter your new password and click Save Changes

You're now done and the backup will resume.
