Suite Authenticator Stuck or Blank

Authenticator blank

When logging in to SuiteFiles for Outlook, if your Suite Authenticator looks like this:

and never seems to load or allow you to login. You need to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer.

To do this:

Click the gear icon in Internet Explorer and go into Internet options

Then under the security tab click on custom-level

Find the option for Scripting>Active Scripting and ensure Enable is selected

Click OK and try logging into SuiteFiles for Outlook again, it should now work without appearing blank.


Authenticator stuck on logging in

If you enter your login credentials and then get a screen saying logging in but it never makes any progress, the workaround is as follows:

  1. Click where it says "Sign in to SuiteFiles"
  2. Enter your SuiteFiles URL
  3. Click "yes - grant access"
