Emails not opening from SuiteFiles add-on

If you try to open emails from our SuiteFiles for Outlook add-on and they don't open in Outlook then this is because you have no Downloads folder under your user profile.

To fix this all you need to do is:

  • Locate your user folder

  • Click New folder

  • Name the new folder Downloads

Your emails should now open in Outlook. If they don't even after following these steps then please contact our support team at support@suitefiles.com.
