Checking and upgrading your subscription

If you're on an old subscription you will not be able to access our new apps like SuiteFiles Drive. To get access to all of our apps you will need to upgrade to one of the current Subscription plans.

To check if you're on an old plan or not:

  • Once logged in navigate to the 'Change Subscription Type' tab
  • If you're on a current plan you will see the plan you're on selected

  • If you aren't on a current plan you won't see any plans selected and will see a message saying you're on a deprecated subscription plan

To upgrade to a current plan simply select one of the subscription plans and click the Submit button
