Working With SuiteFiles Drive

General use:

Using SuiteFiles Drive you are able to use all the normal file explorer functions which includes being able to:

  • create files & folders
  • open files
  • copy files & folders
  • move / drag files & folders
  • delete files & folders
  • rename files & folders
  • save files from any application to SuiteFiles Drive

To use our SuiteDrive's search function you can use the keyboard shortcut of pressing CTRL + SHIFT + S at the same time or you will need to:

  • Open the hidden icons on the taskbar and click on the SuiteDrive icon
  • Click on "Search..."'
  • type a word/s to search and hit enter
  • to open a file from the search results simply click on the file (it may take some time to open)


To share a file with another user you need to:

  1. Right-click the file you are wanting to share
  2. Select the user you wish to share the file with
  3. Click the Share button

Creating Files from templates:

To create a file from a template you need to:

  1. Navigate to the folder you want to create the file in
  2. Right-Click empty space
  3. Select 'Create with template..'
  4. Select your template file and click 'create file'
