Creating a file
The process for creating a new file is:
- Navigate to the folder location where the file is required to be saved,
- Click the Create a file link,
- Provide the file a name,
- Chose the type of file you wish to create (Word, Excel, PowerPoint OneNote, Plain text or SuiteLink) – choosing the file type sets off the process to create the document
The new file will be created in the folder and opened in either the browser or desktop app (depending on your settings).
