Setting Up Integration With Xero

SuiteFiles can integrate with Xero and retrieve information about contacts you have set up. This information can be used to pre-populate templates in SuiteFiles.

To set this integration up you need to:

  • Go to
  • Log in using your SuiteFiles URL and the credentials of an Office 365 administrator for your site 
  • Click the CRM Connections link 
  • Click the Connect button under the Connect to XERO section
  • You are now required to log in to your Xero account 
  • If required, select the Xero organisation that you need to connect to (if you have more than one in Xero) and click the Allow access button 
  • You're then authenticated and your SuiteFiles is connected to Xero
