How to append a signing certificate to a document pack
Want to append a signing certificate to your document pack sent for signing? Here's how:
- When setting up a document for signing, ensure the toggle below is switched on (enabled by default) to automatically append the signing certificate to the final signed document.
- If you send multiple documents for signing, each signed document will have its own certificate appended, containing details specific to that file.
- You can view the certificate by opening the final signed document in SuiteFiles.
- The signing certificate will also be appended to the final signed copies that your recipients receive.
