Because SuiteFiles is tightly integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft, any changes to your site name or staff emails will considerably impact your team's ability to access your SuiteFiles site, and create a period of downtime.
To minimize the risk of downtime, please contact our support team to coordinate these changes first. While your own Microsoft 365 Global Admin will be responsible for making the changes in your Microsoft tenant, the SuiteFiles team will be able to schedule the necessary backend changes to coincide with the cutover date.
To ensure a smooth transition, we appreciate as much notice as possible, with the ideal lead time being two weeks.
