      How do I opt out of SuiteFiles' AI features?

      Not keen on AI right now? This article explains how your SuiteFiles Administrator can opt out of all AI features in SuiteFiles.


      Please note you must be a SuiteFiles Administrator to opt out of SuiteFiles' AI features, the first of which - AI document summaries for signing recipients - will be released in late September 2025. 

      1. Click your user name in the top right corner of the SuiteFiles Web App
      2. Select Admin settings

      3. Under Data & Privacy on the Account and Billing tab, the 'Enable AI within SuiteFiles toggle' will be on by default:Enable AI toggle
      4. Toggle this off if you don't want SuiteFiles AI features enabled for your site. These changes will take effect immediately
      5. As new AI features become available, you can opt back in at anytime to try them out.
