Learn how to use the new document signing dashboard

Please note: These articles outline the steps for the new document signing platform, currently in early access. Features like Certificate of Completion and signing request cancellations aren't available just yet.

We recommend using the current document signing platform for any important documents that require these more complex features during the early access phase.

Navigation

  1. My documents - This tab shows any signing requests you have created.
  2. All - This tab is only available to SuiteFiles administrators and shows all of the signing requests for your site.
  3. Drafts - This tab shows all of your signing request drafts.
  4. Archived - This tab shows any signing requests you have archived.

Search and filter

  1. Search requests - Search against the names of your signing requests.
  2. Status filter - Filter which signing requests will be displayed by status.
  3. Recipients filter - Filter which signing requests will be displayed by who the recipients are. You can enter a recipient's name to search for specific signing requests and choose multiple recipients to narrow down your results further.
  4. Senders filter - Filter which signing requests will be displayed by which SuiteFiles user sent the request. This would only take affect in the All tab which displays each signing request sent out from your site and is only available to SuiteFiles administrators.
