The Karbon and SuiteFiles integration will bring your Karbon contact and organization data into SuiteFiles. From there, you can use your Karbon data in SuiteFiles templates, the Connect portal, and document signing!

Connecting the Karbon and SuiteFiles apps
In Karbon:
- Go to Settings
- Select Connected Apps
- Click Connect next to SuiteFiles
- Copy the Connection token to your clipboard
Then, in SuiteFiles, a SuiteFiles Administrator can:
- Click your username in the top right corner of the SuiteFiles Web App
- Click Manage Integrations
- You will see the integration for Karbon. Paste the APIAccessKey into the field provided and click Connect
Please note: The initial syncing of your Karbon data may take up to 15 minutes.
- Congrats! You and your team are now ready to use the Karbon integration!
Karbon Integration Overview
Once the integration is completed, you will be able to:
- Populate your client documents and emails in SuiteFiles with organization data from Karbon.
Please note: If you have XPM and Karbon connected to SuiteFiles, your templates will be automatically tagged with the XPM Client. To remove the XPM Client, hover over the red button then Delete the association, then look up the Karbon Organization in the 'Choose a client ...' field.
- You’ll also be able to look up Karbon contacts in SuiteFiles and invite them to the SuiteFiles Connect portal, or request their signature.

- In the SuiteFiles Clients folder, you’ll see a Karbon icon in the Integrations column, showing that we’ve found a matching client record in Karbon.
If you have XPM and Karbon connected to SuiteFiles, you'll see both icons in the Integrations column.

Tip: When you create a connected folder, share a file with your client or request a file from your client, your Karbon contacts can be found in the contact picker.
