      How to archive files

      Archiving files allows you to hide them from your site without deleting them. This content will be hidden in the SuiteFiles Web App, SuiteDrive, and the Outlook add-in.

      You can archive any file in the SuiteFiles Web App by:

      1. Click the three dots next to the file name
      2. Select Archive
