With our Karbon integration, you can sync all documents from the Karbon Storage in a Work Item
Setup
Please note to gain access to these features you need to have the Karbon integration enabled and the Karbon Chrome extension installed.
Setting up the Karbon integration
- Ensure your Work Item is linked to a folder in SuiteFiles. More information on this here.
- When you link your Work Item to a SuiteFiles folder for the first time you will be given the option to copy each item from the Karbon storage of that work item into the linked SuiteFiles folder.
Syncing Files
When navigating to the Karbon Storage of your documents tab in a Work Item each file will display an icon which indicates whether or not they are in your linked SuiteFiles folder.
Indicates that this file has not yet been added to the linked folder in SuiteFiles. Click the icon to view each file that isn't present in the linked SuiteFiles folder. You can either multiselect which files you wish to Transfer or simply Transfer all.
Indicates a file conflict. This symbol will appear next to files that exist in both Karbon Storage and the linked SuiteFiles folder that have not been added to SuiteFiles using the above method.
Click the icon to review your file conflicts. You can compare the dates that each file was last modified and choose to Copy both files, Replace the file in SuiteFiles with the one from Karbon storage or Skip, to retain the existing file in SuiteFiles. You can also apply your choice to all remaining conflicts.
Indicates that this file has been successful copied into SuiteFiles.
