Help, I’ve forgotten my password 

The login for SuiteFiles uses Microsoft 365 so the credentials will be exactly the same as what you would use to login to any other Microsoft 365 app. To change or reset the password, you'll have to do this within Microsoft 365 by following these instructions

Can different users be on different subscriptions?

At this stage, this isn't something we are planning to introduce. However, we are always evaluating our subscriptions, pricing, and product offering so please feel free to contact us if you'd like to discuss your account.

Can I get my invoices emailed to me?

Right now, invoices are only accessible via the management portal.
