Does SuiteFiles offer any discounts for annual payment?
If you’d like to, you can choose to pay annually in advance and receive a discounted rate.
Please note:
- If you activate additional users and go over your prepayment user count during your subscription period, the additional users will be charged monthly at the full rate to your credit card on file.
- You are responsible for deactivating unneeded users i.e. when they leave the business. The steps for deactivating users can be found here: Deactivating users.
- If you would like to add new users to your subscription at any stage during your prepaid subscription period, you can choose to prepay for any additional user(s), to take advantage of a pro-rated prepayment discount. Please contact accounts@suitefiles.com, requesting a top-up invoice to take the additional user(s) up to the end of your prepaid subscription period.
- No refunds or credits are provided in cases where the user count drops below your prepaid user count.
- Towards the end of your prepaid subscription period, we’ll be in touch to discuss your pricing and inclusions for the following period.
What payment methods are available?
The default payment method is via credit card. Your SuiteFiles Admin can update your credit card details by following these steps: Updating your credit card.
We also offer GoCardless, allowing you to pay for your subscription from your bank account. To set up GoCardless please contact accounts@suitefiles.com.
Help, I’ve forgotten my password
The login for SuiteFiles uses Microsoft 365 so the credentials will be exactly the same as what you would use to login to any other Microsoft 365 app. To change or reset the password, you'll have to do this within Microsoft 365 by following these instructions.
Can different users be on different subscriptions?
At this stage, this isn't something we are planning to introduce. However, we are always evaluating our subscriptions, pricing, and product offering so please feel free to contact us if you'd like to discuss your account.
Can I get my invoices emailed to me?
Right now, invoices are only accessible via the management portal.
