Installing SuiteFiles Drive

You will be able to install SuiteFiles Drive if you're on either the current Full Suite or Pro subscription. The SuiteFiles Drive app requires a windows 10 computer and must have the .net framework 4.6.2 or higher installed.

To install SuiteFiles Drive you need to:

  1. Download the SuiteDrive installer using the app grid in SuiteFiles
  2. You may get a prompt from Windows asking if you are sure you want to run this program, if you downloaded the installer from SuiteFiles then click Yes.
  3. Once installed you should get a login screen where you will need to enter your SuiteFiles URL, your Office 365 username and your Office 365 password.

After you Login to SuiteFiles you should see a box saying "Your SuiteFiles Drive is ready". This box will close on its own and you should then see a windows notification saying "SuiteFiles Drive is now running". After you see these notifications you can then access your SuiteFiles Drive 

If the SuiteFiles Drive window doesn't disappear or SuiteFiles Drive doesn't show up in the File Explorer then you will need to restart the app by using the instructions  here.
