The WorkflowMax (WFM) integration will create and link to SuiteFiles folders for new Quotes, Clients and Jobs. You can access these folders and files within WFM. You can also use WFM data to populate SuiteFiles file and email templates.

New Clients
When creating a new client in WorkflowMax, click the Documents tab to connect to the existing client folder. If one does not already exist, the integration will create one for you.
A note about Folder Templates
The WFM integration will not apply SuiteFiles folder templates to folders created via the WFM integration. If you'd prefer to have a folder template, we recommend that you either:
- Create the client folder in SuiteFiles and apply the folder template first, then in WFM click the Documents tab to connect to the existing client folder
- Use the Bulk Folder Generation tool (Admin only) to apply a folder template to your newly created client(s).
Documents tab
When you’re in WFM and you click on the Documents tab for either a client, a job or a quote the system will interrogate SuiteFiles looking for a client folder with the same name and sync it:
Within the Documents tab, you can navigate existing folders, upload new documents and create new folders.
Changing the synced location
In the Documents tab in WFM, select Change folder to select a different Client folder to sync to.
NB: This option applies to Clients only, you cannot change folders for Jobs or Quotes.
